Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using our clinical software.

The role requires RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and genuine care for children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
