Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is hiring for an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

The position requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. A bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus, and a passion for helping children and families is

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
