Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
