Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Utah seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver evidence-based interventions and collect progress data under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will collaborate with families and BCBAs, implement plans, and maintain a safe, engaging environment to help children achieve meaningful progress. Career development and CEU support are available.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus)
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Validity of driver’s license and reliable transportation essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
