Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings in Massachusetts. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work closely with BCBAs and families to support progress.

The ideal candidate has active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (a bachelor's in psychology/education is a plus), and strong communication skills. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
