Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings in Massachusetts. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision and collect progress data to guide treatment decisions.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with children with autism or developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
