Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Lowell, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect data on progress.

You should have an active RBT certification (or be eligible), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. The role offers professional development and a supportive leadership team focused on meaningful outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Follow supervising BCBA plans and programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and supervising BCBA.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
