Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings across Massachusetts. You will deliver evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBA and families to foster meaningful skill development.

The role requires current RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), reliable transportation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification (or eligibility to obtain).
• Education: HS Diploma required; Bachelor's is a plus.
• Experience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Reliability: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
