Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder across home, school, or clinic settings in Nebraska. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to promote consistent skill development.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
