Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and work under a BCBA's supervision to support meaningful skill development.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Eligible to obtain RBT certification if applicable.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
