Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings in Nebraska. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications include active RBT certification or eligibility, HS diploma (bachelor's preferred), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
