Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect real-time progress data, and work closely with supervising BCBAs and families to support meaningful skill development.

Qualified candidates have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and experience with autism or developmental delays.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
