Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team across home, school, or clinic settings in Nebraska. In this 1:1 role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, and track client progress with our clinical software.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency, safety, and meaningful skill development for children with ASD,

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
