Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska is seeking a qualified RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement interventions, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistent skill development.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
