Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and experience with autism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, with a passion for helping families achieve

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
