Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
