Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or eligibility, HS diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong communication and empathy. Reliable transportation and a passion for helping families complete the team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Education a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
