Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide individualized ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by the supervising BCBA, collect data with clinical software, and work closely with families and other professionals to ensure consistent skill development.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays in Kansas.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; BA/BS in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
