Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and work closely with BCBA supervision and families to support meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or eligible to obtain.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Follow supervision plans created by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers to support skill development.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
