Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Burlington, MA, is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect real-time data using our clinical software.

You will collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills, while maintaining a safe, engaging environment during sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
