Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients build essential skills.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligible to obtain)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Experience: Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions
