Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence in Durham, NC is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. You will implement plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and document sessions using our data system. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and clinicians, maintaining professionalism at all times.

The position offers part-time hours with afternoon availability, a focus on skill development, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document in the data system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
