Autism Center of Excellence in Durham, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA therapy team. You will deliver direct 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision, data track progress, and help families support skill development in daily activities.

Formación

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document using our electronic system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Follow behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Maintain professional, compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
