Autism Center of Excellence in Fayetteville, NC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect session data, implement treatment plans, and support communication and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes compassionate and dependable teamwork, with ongoing training, professional development, and strong clinical leadership to help you grow in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with supervising clinicians.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
