Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is actively hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home or clinic settings in North Carolina. You will follow plans created by a supervising BCBA, collect data, and document sessions to monitor progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teammates and families, regular staff trainings, and a flexible schedule. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to support travel between

Qualifications

Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
Valid state ID.
Reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
Data collection and session note submission.
Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
Must have a vehicle and valid driver''s license to commute between locations and be punctual.
Other duties as assigned.
