Job summary

Alight Behavioral in Shelby, North Carolina, is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will use positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in a supportive, child‑centered setting.

Qualifications

• Completed 40‑hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self‑help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
