Triangle ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our clinician-led team. This center-based role supports children with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy, under BCBA supervision, at Raleigh-area centers.

If you are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn, you will collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teammates to collect data, implement treatment plans, and help kids reach meaningful goals every day.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or plan to obtain within 30 days.
• Passion for supporting children with autism and families.
• Strong communication and professional presence.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Implement behavior plans and record data accurately.
• Maintain punctual attendance and be available for reassignment.
• Communicate with families and team while upholding HIPAA standards.
• Assist BCBA with session notes and compliance.
