Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated RBT to work one-on-one with children with autism in home settings. You will deliver ABA therapy directly with families and collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement personalized behavior plans.

You’ll collect data on goals, adjust strategies with mentors, and support families with progress updates. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training accompany competitive pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation to homes or sites.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Demonstrated passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
