Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings in Lowell, MA. You will implement plans created by supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

We seek compassionate professionals with an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma, and reliable transportation. A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Education is a plus, and strong communication skills are

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement intervention plans and skill-building programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect real-time progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
