Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering high-quality ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires an active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
