Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism across home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy under supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or eligible to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
