Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking a part-time, in-home RBT to support children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA sessions and help implement treatment plans.

This role emphasizes building strong relationships with families, data collection, and ongoing supervision. Flexible after-school hours are available, with competitive hourly pay and meaningful clinical impact.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
