Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Rincon, GA. You will work under supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This role offers competitive pay ($25–$32/hour) with 20 hours per week, in-home visits, and opportunities for growth within the company. Active RBT certification is required; CPR is preferred.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
