Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking an in-home RBT to work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes communication, daily living skills, and behavior reduction in the home setting.

You will provide 1:1 sessions, collect data, maintain notes, and coordinate with families and the clinical team. Part-time scheduling is available after school, with flexible evenings to fit families’ needs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
