Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home sessions, data collection, and collaboration with caregivers and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
