Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Atlanta team and deliver high‑quality, in‑home ABA therapy. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized plans targeting communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

This role offers after‑school hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a mission‑driven company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA 30312.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
