Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Georgia is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions

• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.
