Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking an RBT to join our in-home therapy team across Georgia. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering 1:1 sessions focused on communication, daily living skills, and behavior reduction in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
