A Brighter Alternative in Rincon, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, focusing on communication, learning daily living skills, and reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in . Rincon, GA 31326.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
