Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales in the Little Rock/Memphis territory for sleep-disorder products. You will educate healthcare providers, build target lists, and apply Alkermes’ selling model to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years pharma/biotech sales, live in the geography, and are willing to travel up to 80%. Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS is required.
• 5+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience required.
• Must live in the geography and/or within 25 miles of key targeted customers in the geography.
• Driver's license in good standing.
• The ability to travel up to 80% of the time is required.
• Specialty/Rare Disease sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong selling skills using approved sales aids and studies.
• Identify and call on healthcare provider targets with required frequency.
• Develop business plans and manage territory expenses.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement Managers and HQ personnel.
• Educate healthcare providers on Alkermes products and disease states.
