Job summary

Alkermes is seeking a Territory Business Manager to cover the Boston North and Portland, ME territory. You will educate healthcare providers about Alkermes sleep disorder therapies, build targeted plans, and collaborate with internal teams to promote approved products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, lives within the geography or within 25 miles of key customers, and can travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live in the geography and/or within 25 miles of key targeted customers.
• Driver's license must be in good standing.
• Must be able to demonstrate or secure appropriate credentialing for healthcare facilities.
• Ability to travel up to 80% (overnight/weekend travel) is required.

Responsibilities

• The TBM will demonstrate a strong understanding of Alkermes products and disease states in the marketplace.
• The TBM will demonstrate selling skills using approved aids, studies and reprints with healthcare providers.
• The TBM will identify and call on appropriate healthcare provider targets with required frequency.
