Job summary

Alkermes, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Manager for the Little Rock/Memphis region. The role focuses on promoting our sleep-disorder products, educating healthcare providers, and executing territory plans with strong selling and analytical skills.

The TBM will manage a dynamic territory, travel up to 80%, and collaborate with regional leadership to maximize patient access and product utilization. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of pharma/biotech sales are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Must live in the geography or within 25 miles of key targets.
• Travel up to 80% of time, including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Alkermes products in the Little Rock/Memphis territory to targeted healthcare providers.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with the RBD.
• Educate providers using approved materials and programs.
• Identify and call on appropriate targets with the required frequency.
• Monitor performance and manage territory expenses in a timely manner.
