Job summary

Syneos Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive sales for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. You will develop territory strategies, build professional relationships with targeted physicians, and execute plans to maximize opportunities across the region.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory and execute an integrated plan
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians
• Navigate a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations
• Identify key influencers and manage targeted customer interactions
• Use data tools and insights to determine sales strategies and tactics
• Demonstrate account-based selling with presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Plan activities to ensure regular coverage and manage territory budget
• Complete administrative tasks timely and execute brand strategy
