Job summary

Syneos Health in Lancaster, PA leads the launch of a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. The Pharmaceutical Territory Business Manager will develop and execute territory strategies, engage with gastroenterologists/hepatologists, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

The role requires strong analytical skills, CRM and AI tools proficiency, and a proven track record of pharmaceutical sales success, with autonomy to manage a geographic area

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience / rare disease preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with an integrated plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations across top targets.
• Plan territory coverage and manage territory budget and administrative tasks.
