Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Peoria, IL is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team. You will develop and execute territory strategies, build physician relationships, and deliver clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

The role requires 5+ years pharma/biopharma sales experience, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and the ability to travel. Base salary ranges from $140,000 to $150,000 with potential car allowance and commissions/bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience
• 3+ years of GI/Hepatology sales experience/rare disease preferred
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in the designated territory preferred
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace
• Must be self-motivated with autonomy and independence
• Strong technical and analytical skills including CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

• Identify key influencers and set interaction expectations.

• Manage territory budget to support activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
