Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a new rare disease GI/Hepatology team in Houston, TX. You will execute territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and drive pull-through with clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value.

The role requires 5+ years pharma/biopharma sales, GI/Hepatology/rare disease experience preferred, and strong analytical, CRM, and AI tool skills. Travel may be required; autonomy is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 5+ years pharma/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years GI/Hepatology/rare disease sales preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on Gastroenterologists/Hepatologists in territory preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed territory sales goals by executing business plans.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Operate in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
• Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, and Operations.
• Use data and tools to drive business decision-making and strategy.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage budget.
• Comply with legal/regulatory requirements and company policies.
