Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Gurnee, IL is seeking a Territory Business Manager for a brand-new rare disease GI/Hepatology team.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and deliver clinically focused presentations to communicate therapeutic value in a compliant, ethical manner. The role requires 5+ years pharma sales experience, GI/Hepatology experience preferred, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience calling on GI/Hepatology physicians in territory preferred.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Must be self-motivated with high autonomy and independence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory by executing a territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Plan territory activities to ensure regular coverage and manage the territory budget.
