Rezolute is seeking a Director, Product Launch Program Management to own an integrated launch plan across U.S. and priority ex-U.S. markets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive readiness for multi-indication launches in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires 7+ years in a similar program-management capacity, strong leadership, and familiarity with ex-U.S. distribution or NPP activities; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD) preferred.
• 7+ years in a similar biotech program-management role.
• Hands-on ownership of an integrated launch plan for multiple indications.
• Familiarity with ex-U.S. Named Patient Programs and expanded access activities.
• PMP or related certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own an integrated launch plan by indication and market, covering scope, tasks, timelines and ownership.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple functions and manage changes through PMO governance.
• Facilitate launch team meetings, document decisions and track actions.
• Coordinate readiness reviews and day-of-launch activities across markets.
• Build and lead a team of Launch Program Managers as needed.
