Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5 years of rare disease or related biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and promote Palvella’s first marketed product within assigned geography, delivering scientific messaging and patient access support.
• Develop and execute a growth-oriented geography business plan to expand account penetration and drive demand.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align growth strategies and address customer needs.
