Job summary

The Remedy Group seeks a Senior Manager for Launch Technology & Data Implementation in the United States (Texas). You will lead technology, data integration, and reporting for biopharma launch programs, partnering with manufacturers to ensure successful deployments.

Licensed pharmacist with expert CareTend knowledge will translate complex patient journeys into practical system requirements, driving integration, testing, and innovative AI-enabled solutions across launch workstreams.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure with clinical practice experience.
• Expert-level CareTend knowledge is required.
• Experience supporting SFTP, APIs, and data feeds is preferred.
• Ability to advise biopharma or manufacturer partners directly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Launch Workstreams: drive technology, data, connectivity, and reporting for new launches.
• Consult with Biopharma Partners: evaluate designs, data needs and risks.
• Manage Integrations & Data Flows: oversee file exchanges, APIs, and testing.
• Translate Workflows to System Specs: convert clinical workflows into specs.
• Drive Innovation: integrate AI and automation into launch programs.
